Goldspire began in Cherry Valley, New York, in 2018. Originally established as Gold Star Roofing by Willie Swarey and his former business partner, the company has since developed into a trusted name in the roofing industry.
After taking sole ownership in 2021, Willie has continued to build a dedicated team that shares his passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
In 2024, this trusted roofing company rebranded as Goldspire to distinguish itself from similar roofing companies.
Goldspire Today
Goldspire has continued to grow and now operates with two in-house crews: one specializes in standing seam metal roofs with occasional shingle jobs, while the other focuses on standard metal and shingle roofing projects. Additionally, we partner with a highly skilled subcontractor crew known for their neatness and outstanding work. To ensure every project meets our high standards, an in-house job foreman oversees all subcontractor work.

- All roofs installed by Goldspire receive a 5-year workmanship warranty. Our warranty guarantees the quality of the contractor’s work. It covers any defects in the work and includes necessary repairs or corrections.
- For an additional charge, we can register shingle roofs we install to get a 50-year shingle warranty.
- All standing seam and corrugated metal roofs installed by Goldspire have a 40-year paint warranty.
